Call is hereby made for the County Central Committee Meeting of the Republican Party of San Juan County to be held Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 10:00AM at the San Juan College School of Energy Merrion Room 5301 College Blvd, Farmington NM 87402 to:
1. Determine the Temporary Roll of Delegates for the County Pre-Primary Convention.
2.Select the Temporary Officers of the County Pre-Primary Convention.
3. Prescribe any Special Rules for the County Convention.
4. Conduct any other proper business.
This meeting will convene immediately prior to the County Pre-Primary Convention.

PURPOSE OF THE CONVENTION
1. Adopt the Permanent Roll of Delegates.
2. Elect Permanent Officers of the Convention
3.Elect Delegates to the Republican State Pre-Primary Convention, to be held Saturday, March 6-7, 2026 in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
4.Conduct any other proper business stated in the call.

What is a Delegate?
Delegates are individuals chosen to represent their county at their state party Pre-Primary conventions prior to a primary election. RPSJC County Central Committee can elect up 64 delegates. Who can be a delegate? Any registered SJC Republican. The duties of the delegate is to attend or send a proxy to the State Pre-Primary Convention which is held Saturday, March 6thand7th, 2026 in Ruidoso NM.
Please note the Delegate Fee of $150 is to be paid the day of the San Juan County Pre-Primary Convention. Please present payment in cash or check to the Republican Party of San Juan County.
