Officially, we are holding two meetings in one event, the Precinct Caucus and the County Biennial Convention. The purpose of this Precinct Caucus is to elect the SJC County Central Committee and Precinct Chairs, in which all SJC Republicans can participate. The County Central Committee is the County Party's governing body. The purpose of the County Biennial Convention is for the CCC members to elect the 2023-2024 SJC State Central Committee members to elect the 2023-2024 Executive Board, which includes Chairman, 1st Vice Chairman, 2nd Vice Chairman, 3rd Vice Chairman (if the CCC votes to add seat), Secretary, and Treasurer. Also, vote on any changes to the RPSJC By-Laws. You must register to attend the meeting by midnight on January 4th, 2023. Before registering, you need to know what Precinct you are registered to vote in. You can look up your voter info here.

SAN JUAN COUNTY SUPPLEMENTARY.
THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS WEDNESDAY, JAN 4TH, 2023, BY MID-NIGHT
A County Central Committee Member is a representative for the other Republicans of their precinct. In a Republic, we are always voting on people to represent a larger body of people. In the county parties, this is no exception. The CCC members are the governing body to the county party and the executive board runs the day to day operations of the party. Being a CCC member is a good place to start getting involved in the whole political process. To become a member one needs to self-nominate at the Precinct Caucus meeting then get elected by other members of that precinct.

My name is Rhonda Stockert and I moved to Farmington, New Mexico from Las Vegas, NV in November of 1986. I was born here in Farmington. Once I moved here I had to get involved and make new friends while I raised my children. I went to San Juan college and started taking classes to meet people. While I enjoyed the classes I felt something was missing and started searching for ways to become involved in the community. I found Republican Women and I joined Four Corners Federated Republican Women in 2010 as a Hostess signing in members for lunch. I became President of Four Corners Republican Women in 2012 to 2014 and have served in many positions since then with the Four Corners Federated Republican Women. I was elected to the position of 3rd VP in 2016 to 2018 and was asked to move to 1st VP shortly there after for the New Mexico State Federated Republican Women. I served as State President from 2015 t0 2017 and was reelected elected to my second term from 2017 to 2019. I still serve to this day on the New Mexico State Federated Republican Women as immediate past President and have enjoyed being involved in the political realm.
I volunteered with the Republican Party of San Juan County to be their secretary from 2018 to 2020. I ran and was elected as Chairman of the Republican Party of San Juan County in 2020 to 2022. Now I am looking forward to being reelected as Chairman for my second term.
Sean Sharer – Sean is a long-time resident of Farmington, New Mexico. He has been married to his beautiful wife since 2011. They have a 7 year old daughter (Scarlett).
Sean served as the Chairman of the San Juan County Republican Party from 2015 to 2018. As chairman he and his executive board were able to elect republicans in all major seats in San Juan County. He and his team also ran the local Trump campaign which President Trump won San Juan County by a very large margin. As Chairman Sean over saw many fundraisers and community events. He was able to increase republican voter registration by local outreach and a strong online presence.
Sean was elected to the Farmington City Council in March of 2016 were he currently serves as the councilor for District 2 as well as the Mayor Pro Tem of Farmington. He is also the Chairman of the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), a position he has held since 2018.
Sean has a strong passion of San Juan County and is excited for the opportunity to serve as the Chairman on the San Juan County Republican Party once again.
If elected Chairman he will work tirelessly to safeguard San Juan County as one of the few Conservative areas in the State of New Mexico. He understands that the party must grow in order to be healthy, and we must articulate our message on all platforms.

My name is Denise Lovato, and I was born and raised in Farmington. My 4 children and 3 stepchildren all graduated from Farmington schools. From 2010-2018 I worked with my Husband Tony at our oil and gas service company. I worked as the office manager and did bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivables and payables and filed all tax reports. I would like to get more involved with the Republican party in San Juan County. I currently work as a mortgage loan originator. I have a very flexible schedule and think I can contribute a lot as your treasurer.
I was born and raised in the Grants, New Mexico area and my family has lived down there for a few generations. I was raised among people who valued God, country, freedom and self determination. I have been married for 33 years and have two grown children. We have lived here in the Aztec area for about 16 years. I homeschooled my children for much of their education because of my concerns about the Leftist agenda in our schools, and for the few years they were in public schools I was active in those schools. My husband and I have been active in our church for many years. I have also been active in working the elections here for several years both as a poll worker and a presiding judge. Most recently I lead the election integrity efforts here in San Juan county by coordinating with state party trainers in poll watching and challenging.
We stand at a crossroads in this country, the outlook is grim and dark, well organized and well funded progressives are determined to rapidly change this country for the worse. Their values are not in the best interest of us or our children. We are engaged in a great struggle with these forces and this situation will require our best efforts. I am ready, organized and able. I am committed to do all I can to support what is right and good. I hope you are also. I would appreciate your vote. I am looking forward to working with the others on the Executive Committee to advance conservative ideas.
